Manor Community Childcare Centre are pleased to announce that we were graded as ‘Outstanding’ in ALL areas at our recent Ofsted inspection!
“The quality of teaching is exemplary, with particular reference to children’s communication and language; personal, social and emotional development and physical development. As a result, children make exceptional progress in their learning and development”
“Children are extremely happy and settled, and their behaviour is excellent. This is because practitioners are highly skilled and sensitive, helping all children form strong, trusting and secure emotional attachments”
This brilliant result is down to the hard work, enthusiasm and dedication of the whole nursery team, who are passionate about their work to care for and improve the outcomes of all children.
MCCC have been providing childcare to families on the Manor estate for 32 years, we have had a tough couple of years after the local Council withdrew revenue funding from community nurseries across Sheffield resulting in many community settings having to close.
The staff and management at MCCC have worked tirelessly to turn things around and what a result!
We have finally been given the recognition that we deserve for the hard work and dedication to improve the lives of the children and families living in the Manor and surrounding areas.
